So, today is 8 weeks since we applied for planning permission. The decision was promised to us within 6-8 weeks ... and this morning, in the post, came a brown A4 envelope, containing a letter bearing the words,
"Preston City Council hereby give notice that permission has been granted for the carrying out of the above development [blah blah blah]"
WE GOT IT!!! WOOHOOO!!!!!!!
Now all we need is a clear, dry day and we can build the sucker. Yeah.
