I've never in my life seen Grant as freaked out as when he saw Noah fly through the air from the top of our stairs to the bottom, head first. I only managed to keep it together because I saw how freaked out Grant was, and because my friend Rebecca's 3 year old did the same thing and walked away without a broken bone.
Thank goodness Noah is all right. He is totally fine except for a small carpet burn on his right shoulder and jaw where he landed! I don't even know how or why the stairgate was open, but we'll be extra vigilant now, you can be sure!
