Exhausted

For some reason I am absolutely exhausted lately. I can't keep my eyes open and no amount of sleep seems to be enough. I have gone cold-turkey on sugar and white bread because I suspect they are the culprits - today I already feel better. Let's just say I've been picking on the sweet things a little too much lately.

It seems little Noah is suffering from a bit of tiredness too - I took this picture of him yesterday afternoon after he fell asleep sitting up!
