Today I cleaned the whole of the downstairs of our house, read some blogs, played with some photos, chatted online to my sister and mother, and on the phone to a friend, did laundry and a whole lot more. How did I manage to get all of this done? My children were happily playing with other children.
I love having other kids here for playdates. My kids are entertained and I get so much more done! It is important, however, to have (including your own children) either 2 or 4 or more kids playing, though. 3 seldom works due to ganging up and someone being left without a buddy. But if you can work it to 2, 4 or more, you're golden.
