July fourth makes me think of
this post by my friend
Leith (who is a South African who lives in Utah) - ha ha! So it makes me laugh that although we live in England we are going to a fourth of July party this evening, hosted by friends who are British. I think they are planning on moving Stateside sometime in the next few years so I guess they do have some loyalty and affection for the US.
This is the cake I'm taking. I believe it's something of a cliche in the US...? Well it's New And Exciting here ha ha ha! Sorry it's square, I didn't have a big enough regtangular pan.
