I see you have an Etsy shop. What would you suggest someone do before setting up a shop of their own?
Nothing much. Just go for it! If you want to actually sell stuff, however, you need to put far more time and effort into marketing than I have. There are forums to join, promotions to run, etc but I really haven't gotten into it (and consequently don't sell very much) so I'm afraid I'm not the best person to ask.
