One last tip I forgot to include in my pancake post (I've added it now):
Tip 13: Tint your batter with food colouring for high days and holidays - how about pink heart shaped pancakes for Valentine's day? Or orange pumpkins? Green Christmas trees? Or try making a ghost shape with untinted batter, and add raisin eyes for Halloween.
