I've been posting again on one of my (much neglected) other blogs, What We Had for Supper. It's partly a record of the food we eat, partly a resource to remind myself of past meals we've enjoyed when I can't think of what to cook, and partly a place to link to the recipes I've been trying.
I used to post every day but now I just do a week at a time with the meals I feel like recording. The days I leave out are either because we ate leftovers or repeated old favourite meals that would appear too frequently if I recorded them every time.
I've discovered a few blogs which have healthy recipes with the Weight Watchers ProPoints (Points Plus) values included and I've so been enjoying trying new meals!
