Baby gender reveal cake

I did this cake for a baby gender reveal party. The surprise was for the expecting mom and dad too. She dropped off a sealed ultrasound picture with the gender written on it and asked me to make the actual cake inside pink or blue, with the outside decorated as you see here - vanilla buttercream with fondant dots and bow. Then the couple had friends and family round for a party and when they cut the cake they could all see if the baby was going to be a boy or a girl. The inside of the cake was blue as they are going to have a little boy!
