The best thing that you can do is be realistic about the time that it will take to complete each task in your daily planner.

As such, a person should always provide themselves with more time than they think they will need. Such a cushion gives you the chance to complete a task early and use this moment to start on the next item from your to do list. As long as you are able to take care of the basics and do everything in your power to steer clear of distractions, you will be able to get the most out of your time!
