When faced with treats, I'm sure you are like me and you bypass the sugar cookies if there are brownies or chocolate cake around. I decided to have the best of both worlds (cute cookies that are as good as brownies) by using my brownie roll-out cookie recipe, which you can find in my recipe ebook here. They are SO good! I also added just a few drops of peppermint flavouring to the royal icing, which paired up so well with the chocolate.
